Lakes del Sur – Terms & Conditions
1.0 Bookings
1.1 When you complete your booking with Lakes del Sur, your payment will be processed in New Zealand dollars. Please check your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
1.2 Your booking confirmation is your proof of payment and your travel document for the service booked.
1.3 If you are unsure which service best suits your needs, please feel free to contact us for assistance before finalizing your booking. We’re always happy to help.
1.4 The business name that will appear on your bank or credit card statement will be Lakes del Sur or F&F Transport Group Limited.
1.5 We charge an extra 20% on public holidays, and an extra 40% from 23/12/2025 to 03/01/2026 to cover driver's wages.
2.0 Cancellations, Changes & No Shows
2.1 If a booking is cancelled by Lakes del Sur and you are unable to reschedule, you are entitled to a full refund excluding service fee from payment provider. Please contact us to arrange this. Once processed, we will email you confirmation of the refund.
2.2 If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your booking, please contact Lakes del Sur via phone or email.
To avoid cancellation charges, all requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Third-Party Activities (if applicable)
2.10 If your booking includes any third-party activities (such as attraction entry, tours, or other add-ons arranged by you), please note these providers operate independently from Lakes del Sur.
If the transport service is operating but a third-party activity cancels (for example due to weather), any refunds for that activity are subject to the provider’s own policy. Transportation fees will still apply unless cancelled within our normal cancellation window.
Unforeseen Circumstances / Travel Restrictions
2.11 If you are unable to attend your trip due to government-imposed travel restrictions or circumstances genuinely beyond your control, and your request falls within our cancellation period, Lakes del Sur may issue a credit valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
3.0 General Terms
3.1 Lakes del Sur accepts no responsibility for additional costs, losses, or inconvenience caused by delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, traffic, or events outside our control.
3.2 All travel and tours involve a degree of risk. By participating in any trip with Lakes del Sur, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Lakes del Sur is not liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in our services, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.
4.0 Privacy Policy
4.1 Lakes del Sur is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information we collect is kept secure and used only to manage your booking and provide a smooth customer experience.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party unless required for the delivery of your service or by law.
