Start your day with a relaxed pickup from your accommodation, a friendly chat over coffee, and the open road ahead. Along the way, soak in sweeping lake views, breathe in the crisp alpine air, and capture unforgettable photos. Once in Glenorchy, choose your adventure: pet and feed friendly animals at the farm (summer) or experience the thrilling rush of a Free jet boat ride on the iconic Dart River (winter). Then unwind with a peaceful lakeside walk, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery and pure tranquility.
Return to Queenstown with full hearts and rich memories. This is more than just a day trip — it’s your perfect dose of nature, adventure, and authentic New Zealand beauty.

Itinerary
4. Glenorchy Animal or Jet Boat– 2 hours
Enjoy the Glenorchy Animal farm Free entry (open: Oct - Apr), pet and feed the lovely animals or Enjoy a Included thrilling the Jet Boat on the iconic Dart River. (open: May - Sep)
5. Glenorchy Lake Front– 1 hour
Explore Glenorchy lakeside walks, mountain views and peaceful nature at the edge of Lake Wakatipu.
6. Return to Queenstown – 2 hours (incl. stops)
Relax on the drive back. We drop you at your chosen location in Queenstown.
1. Meet & Greet – 30 min
Pickup from your accommodation in Queenstown. A quick introduction, discuss the plan for the day, and grab a coffee if you wish before we hit the road.
2. Getting on the road – 1 hour
We’ll head off to our first spot, and if you’re missing your morning coffee we can grab one on the way.
3. Along the way – 30 hour
We explore the lake edges take a couple of photos and a breath of fresh alpine air.

Glenorchy’s Adventure Tour operates in all weather conditions. We provide umbrellas and rain poncho if weather deteriorates.

The minimum participants are 1, the maximum is 11 people in one vehicle.

In winter: gloves, a beanie, and extra warm clothes.
